- Minimum order value:
- Tamil Nadu – ₹2,000
- Other states – ₹5,000
- Crackers will not be shipped to locations where a ban is imposed.
- Customers can browse products, add items to the cart, and submit an enquiry.
- Once we receive your enquiry, our customer care team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and provide delivery details.
2. Payment Policy
- Products will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
- Prices are inclusive of taxes, delivery charges, and packing.
- Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sadhana Crackers.
- After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation and payment details via email.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- 15% cancellation charges will be applicable if a confirmed order is cancelled after processing (i.e., only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded).
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer in case of cancellation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery is available for all orders above ₹5,000 (location-based).
- Delivery is handled by third-party courier/parcel services.
- For gift box orders, delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
- Doorstep delivery in Tamil Nadu depends on service availability by pincode.
- If delivery is not available for your pincode, you will be required to collect the parcel from the nearest parcel service.
- We are not responsible for damages or missing products during transit. However, we take utmost care in packaging and monitoring to ensure safe delivery.
